Different binders are available including Nylon 6, 12, EEG and PPS. The material for any specification is chosen based on many factors including temperature, water absorption, solvent resistance, complexity of shape and compatibility with the magnet power.
Both injection molded and compression bonded magnets lend themselves to a variety of high precision, complex shapes, and can be magnetized in multi-pole configurations.
