Material Grades

Alnico

Alnico


A diverse range of magnets meets various needs. Cast magnets, customizable up to 11.5 MGOe (Grades 1-9), offer flexibility. Sintered magnets (Grades 2-8) provide versatility with customizable properties. Bonded magnets, with a 0.8 to 1.0 MGOe range, withstand temperatures up to 180°C, catering to applications with specific magnetic and thermal requirements.

Sintered magnets range from Ceramic 1 to 10, including Ceramic 7. Bonded magnets correspond to IEC Equivalent HF 1/14P to HF 16/21P.

Sintered magnets range from 9 to 32 MGOe with temperatures up to 550°C. Bonded magnets range from 4.5 to 15 MGOe with temperatures up to 250°C, and injection molded magnets have a magnetic energy product of 2.5 to 8 MGOe, classified as 1-5 and 2-17 types.

Sintered magnets range from 25 to 55 MGOe with temperatures up to 240°C. Radially oriented sintered magnets reach up to 35 MGOe. Bonded magnets range from 3 to 25 MGOe with temperatures up to 160°C, and injection molded magnets with 8 to 9.5 MGOe are suitable for temperatures up to 120°C.
